Theres a way for CFW and OFW users!!!
Keep in mind that of course the OFW method does work for CFW users as well.
But If you're already on rebug then it is easier for you.
Also, the CFW way works for other saves as well, obviously.
The OFW way can work as long as you have a save editor for that game!


So lets get started.

Requirements for the CFW users:
USB Flash Drive
Modded Save( MUST BE YOUR REGION! )
Your ps3 on Rebug ( or any firmware with DEX debug settings)
If on rebug, please have Rebug tool box installed.


Requirements for OFW users:
Red eye Black Ops save editor
Your save
Modded save (can be any region)


CFW TUT:

1: Go into rebug toolbox and find "Debug Menu Type"
2: Make sure its on DEX
3: exit to XMB
4: Go to Debug settings (located at the bottom of settings, under network settings)
5: Find "Fake Save Data Owner"
6: Make sure its ON!
7: Copy the Black Ops Save and load up black ops

OFW TUT:

1: download the save editor from You must login or register to view this content.
2: Download a modded save from anywhere.
3: Open the save editor TWICE! So you should have two save editor apps open
4: On one save editor, open YOUR SAVE!
5: on the other open the modded save!
6: Now, in the modded save Copy the coding from each of the GRAD0 Files.
7: Paste them in your save, before you move to the next GRAD0 File SAVE! because it reverts if you dont!
8: After doing so save one or two more times, just to make sure its saved
9: copy over to your save and load up Black Ops



CFW users, you may need to be on DEX for it to work, I didnt need to be, i just switched the menus!

OFW users, You must have .NET framework 4.0 to get the save editor to open!!! Also, if you get an error on opening the save you want, its because its missing a file in the save, to fix this issue simply copy the missing file from a save that has it. This often happens and you end up missing a GRAD0 File. One more common error is, if you rename the save to something besides its region, it will open but the files will still be encrypted!!

Sorry, im just now seeing this and you probably have resolved this issue. But are they saying the save is corrupted? or its saying its someone elses?

says its someone elses an makes me delete it
