well there isnt really a best,but a good class or good perks are.

Perk1:bandoiler
Perk2:stopping power
Perk3:deep impact

they are good cuz they suit all weapons.

if you're a complete noob and you want to kill a lot of people but die a lot and have evryone hating on you i suggest :

gun : p90

perk 1: frag grenades x 3

perk 2: double tap

perk3: martyrdom
