As I have just started hacking cod4 to get to 10th prestige (using the xp hack) and was wondering if there was any way to do this or do I have to get kills with them all again ?

Yeah i think you have to get all the kills for them, i've heard talk that their is a code to get all golden guns but to be honest, i think its just talk. But if i do find one, ill be sure to post it.
