When i try the hacks they don't work.

What i do:

Copy the hacks from computer to USB
USB to ps3
Load up RFOM
Bypass
No working hacks...

I heard something about the file size, when i load them up their like 464 KB

lol you are doing something bad

i know your problem =D when you bypass with rfom it creates a different file save(like on mw2 when u bypass with rfom to do the prestige hack u need a certain type of save) same thing is happening with cod4 so when u check your save data utility you'll see 2 cod4 saves, copy both to usb drive then delete them both, bypass with rfom then quit you'll see a new cod4 save, use that and then put the codes in that save =D hope it fixes your problem
