Ok what you want to do is line up with the green jumper (the right hand sleeve) then strafe - at the end of the railing. You have to move left after bouncing and crouch because there's a small gap you have to fit into. If you had ps3 i would show you...

see you are hitting too much to the right of the helicopter and pressing crouch too late, There are 2 options, either keep hitting the right of the helicopter which is easier to bounce but harder to land because it is further from the roof you need to crouch earlier. Or you can hit the left of the helicopter which is easier to land but harder to bounce. what you need to do is hold left the whole time and crouch pretty much whenever you want. Hope this helped.

not a perfect strafe because u hit the wall the holds the rack up which makes you not strafe as far. try to stay to the left so u dont hit the wall and try to hit the left top of the helicopter. make sure u hold left and crouch the second you bounce.

i hardly land it in oldschool but its easy to bounce
