Check out Personal Codes subforum.
You'll find some hacks that will fit in your needs, for using them you need to do this:

1. Get you RFoM-CoD4 Savedata in your USB (Its called BCUS instead of BLES).
2. You'll see two files called GPAD0_MP and GPAD0_CM.
3. Open them, delete everything there (Yes, everything) and paste there the codes you just got.
4. Copy back data to PS3, bypass the patch and wait 10 seconds in Multiplayer screen. That way you make sure your codes always load.

Now you can use them "semi-online". That meaning you can only play with people that also bypassed. Also you can use them in Splitscreen.

like i copy the saved data on flash drive into computer and put the codes in there and then back into ps and copy overite and then when i bypass and get on it dosent work?

Remember, the first time you bypass a new data is created, Its called BCUSXXXXXX, obviously different than CoD4, but It contains a CoD4 savedata, you gotta copy that data into usb, add codes in PC, copy back to PS3 and overwrite, then bypass and it should work.
