plug usb into ps3 copy cod4 game save on it. plug usb to computer click "my computer" click your usb click the usb you entered then click Gpado_CM then right click then click "open with notepad" the enter the hack code.
PS. you have to find a hack code !! message me back if you cant find one i'll help you out.

Mostly everyone wants online codes though, online codes/hacks have been PATCHED with the 1.30 update.
