But I tried this code with godmode, no clip, super jump scale and stuff and the only bind that worked was the noclip. Can anyone help me out here?

try this mate sometimes the say commands stop the binds from working dont ask why xD

Your binds look like this

They should look like this
bind BUTTON_DPAD_UP
bind BUTTON_DPAD_DOWN

So just change them and they should work

im preety sure that's wrong. i think the thing is one of the two
because it IS bind DPAD_DOWN/UP
you have to do it with the BCES or BCUS file not the BL. and when you do the bypass and go to multiplayer. IMMEDIATELY go to splitscreen to get through this thing that it does and wait in the splitscreen lobby for 20seconds or so or itll wipe your codes. hope i helped

EDIT:

ima post a short guide for ps3
delete your cod4 savedata
do the resistance bypass
blablabla you're in the game.
go to multiplayer and start a splitscreen match.
exit the game you should now have a new savedata
copy that to USB.
copy to your computer
it should be named BCUS###### or BCES##### or some variant with BC at beginning.
open the CM or MP with notepad and add your codes.
now(IMPORTANT)
do the bypass again.
when at cod4 go to multiplayer itll load the HDD as soon as its done (IMORTANT) go to splitscreen and wait at the lobby for 20-30 seconds so it doesnt wipe your codes.
wooo now your binds should work.

i used to have this problem but the codes are fine they will work all you have to do is wait like 10 to 15 seconds befor you click multiplayer and do the same befor you click play online
