try disabling your router for a day or 2 then try it again it should help

delete patch and re-install it what i did........

Delete your patch and cod4 gamesave files, reset your modem/router (leave it unplugged for about 15 minutes) and turn your ps3 off. Turn the router and modem back on and re-download the patch and try going back online. If that doesn't work, try leaving your router/modem unplugged over night while you sleep and make sure to delete and re-download the patch.

how do i do all that stuff with the router? which plug?

when i delete the patch, that means i delete the mappack too right?

Unplug the one that goes into the wall, the power source. And yes you will have to re-download the maps unfortunately. Hope I've helped, let me know how it goes.

thanks, its been stuck for 15 minutes now, and just worked, next time it fails ill do it
