So then I checked to see if my firewall was allowing it which it was. But then I noticed that there was no restart under the word start. So I know something with it is phucked!

TRY uninstalling it and reinstall but it might also be to do with which internet brower you are using the 2 i no that defiantly works with firefox and google chrome so try one of those after u have re-installed it
