Bad to the bone.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Not sure if this tutorial was posted already, i checked and did not see it. This is for COD4 ONLY! Not sure if you can do it in mw2 or waw.

What you will need:

  • Flashdrive/Psp
  • A computer
  • Cod4


First what you will need to do is copy your COD4 gamesave onto your flash drive, then plug it into your computer.

Open up your flash drive and go to PS3>SAVEDATA>then its going to be something like BCUS98107-AUTO-, go into that.

You'll see this

After that you will have to open the file GPAD0_MP. (open with notepad)
Once that's open look for
set customclass1 "CLASS NAME HERE"
set customclass2 "CLASS NAME HERE"
set customclass3 "CLASS NAME HERE"
set customclass4 "CLASS NAME HERE"
set customclass5 "CLASS NAME HERE"

in that order.

All you have to do after this is look at the color codes below, and put them in front of the class name.

^0 = Black
^1 = Red
^2 = Green
^3 = Yellow
^4 = Blue
^5 = Cyan
^6 = Purple
^7 = White or Pink
^8 = Gray
^9 = RANDOM

So for example you would do; set customclass5 "^2M4 ^6CLASS"

and that would come out to M4 CLASS

And then after that just save the file, put it back on your ps3 and load it up.

YES IT DOES STILL WORK! ONLY COLORED NAMES WERE PATCHED. IF YOU DONT BELEIVE ME THEN GO TRY IT. DO NOT TRY TO COLOR YOUR NAME BECAUSE I KNOW IT WILL NOT WORK.

I did not find this hack, not sure who did, i only wrote the tutorial.

to open the GRAD0_MP

right click on it and select either wordpad or notepad.
they both work fine

Yes this still works, you also can have R3 and L3 in your class names.
By using ¼ and ¾.

I've got R3 and L3 buttons in my mw2 classes, but not colors.
