i no that in single player, notarget means that the enemies cant see you. I dont no if this works on multiplayer though. test it

Notarget means the enemys ignore you. I would imagine that in Multiplayer you might not come up on the Radar if the enemies called in a UAV.

Makes you invisible to AI, has no effect in multiplayer.
