The simple fix is when you are at the save and quit menu, when you highlight yes, dont open the XMB. Just eject RFOM and pop in CoD4. Then count off 15 seconds and hit yes

is the error your on about is like it has nuumbers in white in the top left corner as i just got that, and my ps froze but its all good now

Yep, there are 4 lines of white numbers, ill post if i get em again
