There is a post called how to make your own mulitiplayer hacks check that and change the perk iron lungs so u can hold ur breath for ever.

put this in your mp file and it should work

set player_breath_fire_delay "0"
set player_breath_gasp_lerp "0"
set player_breath_gasp_scale "0.0"
set player_breath_gasp_time "0"
set player_breath_snd_delay "0"
