I am error
Needed:
Hex editor
USB Flashdrive
PS3 and PC
How to:
Start Cod4 and make a clantag example: XXXX
Quit Cod4 and copy the savedate to your flashdrive.
Go to your PC and start up Hexeditor
Open the GPAD0_MP file.
Look for XXXX and edit the CODES like this

Now change the numbers to your likings:
0E = Start
0F = Select
10 = L3
11 = R3
12 = L2
13 = R2
05 = L1
06 = R1
14 = D pad Up
15 = D pad Down
16 = D Pad Left
17 = D Pad Right
01 = X
02 = O
03 = []
04 = /\
Example: 01 17 12 13 = X-Dpad->-L2-R2
