M40A3 is the perfect sniper. I love to no scope with it, but even when I don't it doesn't have a lot of kick to it with a reg scope.

M40a3 hands down... best no scoping sniper(in my opinion) plus it takes skill to use haha.

m40a3 cause if u hit them they stay down but in clan matches the m21 for speed
