if hes used the command "give all" then thats all the guns you are going to get.ther is no more than like default weapon & brick blaster

Actually, true he wont get brick blaster (which is not so much a useful gun, more over a fun gun), but you are also false, you do indeed get Default Weapon, its right after the two claymore's you get
