Get text in middle of screen - impossible w/out patch editing.
Shoot airstrikes - impossible w/out patch editing.
Kil selected player - possibly, it's just looking at us.
Shoot trees? - Impossible w/out patch editing.

If you want to do all that, go and torrent CoD4 for PC. I've torrented CoD6 and i've been great with patch editing that.
