No idea if it works, try it out.
(I just made it up out of nowhere )Only bad thing is that it only effects everyone.
for it to effect only enemies that would be patch-editing which can't be done on PS3.
Instructions
UP = Activate EMP
DOWN = Deactivate EMP
If I was looking to put it on for about a minute you would not be able to do anything under the wait command so wait is kind of useless for that one.
Sorry i've been posting absolutely nothing past while.. hacking MW2 on PC is fun!

It isn't necessarily patch-editing thats the problem for PS3, but it's getting it back on w/ bypassing the checksum.
