set r_filmTweakLightTint "1.6 1.45 0.3" makes it white and blue
set r_filmTweakLightTint "0.6 1.45 0.3" makes it purple/pink and blue
set r_filmTweakLightTint "1.06 0.5 1.3" makes it greean and white
must use these codes too:
"r_filmusetweaks 1;r_filmtweakenable 1;r_filmTweakInvert 1"

to make them have black instead of blue/white just get rid of this code: "r_filmTweakInvert 1"

to get black and white all you need is:

set r_desaturation "4"
