I see this multiple times:

And this once:

Wed 17:56:10 Cannot start server, not going to wait around: winsock err:10048

try turning off your router + modem off for 5 minutes and then turn on modem wait 2 minutes and then turn on router and allow them to sync, then test connection ;]
