Nope they don't work like they do on PC, more of a aim assist on PS3.

well i don't know about that you might be right because I've watched one of my friends vids of him KSing on Cod4 and it was on Ambush it looked like he had aimbot his gun just aimed on the diers immediately like it would just lockon everytime..looked pretty legit
