you need 6 people, than u join a team tactical game, and every round an another kill all the others, but they don't resist, they run to u and u shot'em down. In the next round, it's another one's turn. But if ur friend got only 23, maybe it's his real kill streak, cause if u do it in a team tactical match , u will have a kill streak about 150....

maybe he did team deathmatch team tac and he couldnt get anymore

If you are going to do this nooby thing this is how you do it properly. Find 3 of your not so good friends and 3 good friends on PSN/XBOX. Then get them all into a team tac by taking three in and inviting 3 as you are trying to join games. You and your good friends be on a team and say you want to go first. Domination is the best game for no time restriction. Do 200 kill streak then wait for your good friends to get to 200. Then just capture one flag and hide(so you don't get killed) or just leave the game and delete your not so good friends. Easy as that. Eavse drop is advised so that they know that you are doing 200 kill streak ea. but not telling them you are going to leave.
