I've noticed it too
I played a couple matches where i was the only person in the entire match who ever pretestiged, the other guys were Seargent ranks or Major ranks
kind of weird in a way but i guess it's better for me

The only draw back to that is the noobtube. More NOOBS= more noobtubes
