bind DPAD_UP "g_speed 0; jump_height 0; say: Not Verified"
bind DPAD_DOWN "g_speed 150; jump_height 300; say: Verified"

Up= to unverifiy
Down = to verify

Correction:

    bind DPAD_UP "g_speed 0; jump_height 0; say Not Verified"

bind DPAD_DOWN "g_speed 150; jump_height 300; say Verified"

The command "say" can be used without doubledot.
