Well is that a lie ? Because there is usually lots of people with full connections :S (By the way, name is made up :p)

The host will always have 4 green bars in the games. ALWAYS.

If it says Host Ends Game, press Select. If everyone has descent connections, that means the host quit.
If the host is the only one green, and everyone else is 1 red bar, it means he has a crappy connection.

Host always has highest connection. You can tell who the host is when they end the game look for the highest connnections. His will be the only one that is constantly the highest connection. Or right at the beggining of a game without waiting press select, or whatever XBox hits to check the score/connections, and the host is the only one with the perfect connection. Host piggie backs off of other connections so that it can stay connnected to the servers.

it's the person with highest connection and the death mrk by there name.
