well for you, Mr. I make my own patches. if i knew how to edit COD4 patches, i would try to attempt it. If there simple like MW2 patches then, i will make a patch for you tommorow, and you can print out the patch_mp.ff and frame it.

How high are the insane stats like top page insane?

To create a cod4 patch rather than converting them you edit weapons.gsc and dom.gsc
