The programs that are need are the following:

cod4player : You must login or register to view this content.

Fraps (or any recoring program compatible with games) : You must login or register to view this content.

And a movie config, i use this one : You must login or register to view this content. (Put this file in the activision/callofduty4/main folder.

So what you're going to do is,

1st Go on cod4 and enable console
2nd in game type the following in the console: /record "wanted file name" (remove " marks)
3rd Type this in console /stoprecord
4th Load up cod4 player, click "open demo" and you should see your file straight away, click it and press select.
5th Once the demo has loaded up press the console button and enter the following: /exec pRds.cfg (this will enable the movie config)
6th Start recording with fraps
7th Render the clip or do some editing in Vegas or any other movie editing program.
8th Upload!

Or buy a good pc and use Fraps,compress edit ???? profit

if you have a decent pc it should be able to handle fraps at the same time
