Things you need
1. cod4
2.usb
3.laptop, with hxd or someway to transfer codes

steps to bypassing

2. delete the patch

3.get on your laptop and put the codes in your gamesave (ill post codes at the bottom)

4. go to your network and change the ip address

5.then load up your patchblocker, but wait at the screen that say save the stuff you made

6.go onto your patch blocker and press start.

7.load up your savedata with the new codes on it

8.load up the game and wait in splitscreen for 10 seconds

9. go online and have some fun with your friends:p

Doesn't this also work with a pc as well (not only just for a laptop)?

I've tried this method lately, but I just can't seem to get it to work.

I put my IP Address in the Patch Blocker box, then deleted my Cod4 game data and started blocking it. I then connected the ps3 to my modem and whenever I choose to use a proxy server, I can't get online.

hey man idk about pc im ps3, and you dont have to delete the numbers they have in the box, they have to change the ip of the patchblocker so that iw cant stop this from happening, so try putting in the number that they supply for you, like mine is 192.168.1.something the last one always changes to something new:p

yeah like you just have to be host for the codes to work
