All you do is Strafe Jump and and just before you jump, shoot your RPGx7 ... If that's what you're talking about.. practice makes better but not worse.

I will tell you my favorite way of doing. An example for just the RPG sprint jump is on Downpour. I RPG jump to the wire to get on top of the building across from the barn. A good way to do this since you only run through a small space is press the right trigger. Once it's about to fully zoom in do a quick sprint jump and hold left. It is good to shoot as early as possible so you go up higher. This has nothing to do with the RPG sprint jump but for the Pipeline bounce nonoldschool when you are in mid air you can hold in the zoom in button and you won't go any slower and will still bounce. This helps so you can zoom in before you hit the bounce so you can have an accurate time for the RPG shot.
