You can easily prevent negative XP while being host, To always get host put this in your cm or mp.

    

set party_connectToOthers "0"

set party_host "1"

If you have already been de-ranked, then you will have to reset all your stats, rank and prestige.

    

bind dpad_up "resetstats"

After reseting you need to play one bypassed match to make it stick.

WARNING: There is no going back after reseting. (Place In CM or MP)

This is also another method, all you have to do is turn the xpscale up. (Place in CM or MP)

    

bind dpad_down "scr_xpscale 10000 ; fast_restart"

I have not tested this, but from the COMMENTS I have received below, I am sure that it works.

the reset stats code is the worst thing you can do it... because all your stuff gets erased if you want negative xp just switch to a really high xp and keep getting kills over again.. i recomend killstreak hack with xp hack... and you should get out of negative xp.. Hope this helped
