First off it will work online, but only while bypassing the patch. You can do this with a Patch Blocker or Resistance: Fall of Man. Just copy your cod4 savegame onto a USB stick and open it with your computer. Open the GPAD0_MP and start a new line and type:
bind DPAD_UP "ufo"
Then Open the GPAD0_CM and change the button layout name to anything you want. Copy it back over & bypass and you can then enjoy UFO mode!

Is there any other way besides resistance? Like motorstorm or just downloading something?
