hey i have to ask you how do you set lvl 55 b/c it never works and i have the xp set right to the desired lvl any help plzz?

Would this be able to work if I use resistence bypass method?
Because I'm tryin elitemossy patch but for some reason the connections fails! Can anyone plz help me thanks!! Btw I have a wireless not wired would the patch blocker still work or do I have to have a wired connection ? Help please!
