Try that, does everything for you

It's just an edit of this program-
How to use:
Extract files, move cod4 patch_mp.ff to the same directory as the program, and double click it. Now you have all the editable files. When you're finished editing them double click the program again, it automatically recompresses.

This version also keeps the .cfg files Winky Winky

Edit: also, make sure you delete all the .dat files from the folder with the program before starting it if you're DECOMPRESSING ONLY.
