I was going to say wrong region but never mind.

reinstall your patch and it should work my friend had the same problem but fixed it by deleting patch and putting it back on

the same thing happens with me i even tried to delete and uninstall but it never worked i have even tried to launch private match without a modded lobby but it still freezes at the exact same point.
has anyone found a solution to this yet
