So Here Goes..

Requirments: USB memmory stick (any Gb will do)
Call Of Duty 4
Patch Blocker/ RFORM- Read Below For Info

First And Most Important, you need to bypass.
how ever i will not be doing a tutorial about that but here are some vid's wich will help you.
these aren't mine, i just got the link of the first one's i seen.

Now, If you already have a "Call Of Duty 4 Saved Game Data" delete it.
you will find this in the "Saved Data Utility (PS3)", you also need to delet the patch.
so go to "Game Data Utility" Find "Call Of Duty 4" and then Delete it.

Now start up "Call Of Duty 4" and you need to go to the online party, after doing that quit the game
you will see that it's made a new Saved Data For Cod4, Click Triangle On That & Copy It To
Your Usb Stick, now go to your computer. you will see it's made a new file called "Ps3".
*Click On The "Ps3 File"
*SAVEDDATA"
*Blus00148" < this depending on where your from.

Now you will see a bunch of files.
*Right Click On GPAD0_CM & GPAD0_MP, Open them with notepad

Now To Edit, Basic (Beginners Edit)..
I recomend Using codes already made, just to edit so you get the idea.
If your wanting to Add codes i recomend looking through Ton's Post.

Now To Edit, You see that wrighting in the "GPAD0_CM & GPAD0_MP", delete it All.
Copy & Paste These Codes Into there, you see were if put GPAD0_CM & GPAD0_MP.
were it says GPAD0_CM copy the codes underneath into it. same with the GPAD0_MP

So Now To Edit, so this is proberly your first time editing codes, so i suggest just changing what it say's
do this by look for "say" then it will say something. i've Also Put EDIT ME there.
now i suggest looking at Ton's post first but anyway, i originate the "say" to the command.
so if i was going to have "bind dpad_up god" i would normally put "say God Mode On"
but remember, your file size carn't be over 1kb, so check it by going back to the file wich
CM & MP is and looking to the right of it. if it's over 1kb just remove some stuff.

Now save All your edit's and Close all the files.
*Plug your usb stick into your Ps3.
*Go To "Saved Data Utility" > "USB", then copy the Cod4 File
*now start up call of duty and go to split screen for about 5-15 seconds.
*Now Click "Play Online"

NOTE: always go to either "Free-For-All/ Cage Match", no one goes on anything else"
it may take a long time to get into a game but, you have just Modded Call Of Duty 4!
