First you need to download Hex Editor. Here is the link-->https://download.cnet.com/HxD-Hex-Editor/3000-2352_4-10891068.html Now that you have that, open up your GPAD0_MP (assuming thats where your mod menu names are) with Hex Editor. Now on the right look for where it says ^6Admin or what ever you put as your menu name.

Right after the last letter in your menu name you want to put the following numbers for the corresponding buttons.

0E = Start
0F = Select
10 = L3
11 = R3
12 = L2
13 = R2
05 = L1
06 = R1
14 = D pad Up
15 = D pad Down
16 = D Pad Left
17 = D Pad Right

04 = /\

very helpful but posted probably a gazillion times. Everyone was looking for the button values so i went around finding them so i posted them on a guys thread who requested them and the next day there was already three threads posted on this and now at least once every week this gets posted.
