I just really can't figure out how to edit it, I searched for about an hour and only find stuff that didn't really help me at all. I don't want to pay but I can send vbux or w/e... My YT channel has 100 subs, sub box/promo upload possible.

So what I want:
Timescale lowered to about 1.05 - 1.1 (just lower than what it is now, but somewhat above 1.0)
Possibly M21/Dragunov/Barrett ban removed

people should really learn to edit there own stuff, im not the best editor but i try my best and dont rely on others.
they have basically given you everything like geohot and signed ftp for everyone, it just gets on my nerves

Well I tried but ffviewer and another patch thing can´t open my .ff files, if I could open them I can probably edit without needing a tutorial since I know html, css, php, and actionscript.

But again, it can't open my patches... Am I missing something?
