filezilla>devHdd0>games>Blus30072>USRDIR> drag the patch you want into filezilla and it will ask if you want to overwrite it, select yes...hold the ps button then turn off system. press the power button on ps3 then goto cod4 and then splitscreen or private match, there you go..ur hosting challenge lobbies

First you have to have filezilla on your computer>then you need to do what the twat up there said(make sure you have blackbox open on ps3 when you overwrite the current patch on computer)>Then plug your usb with the patch on it into your ps3>then go to awesome file manager> follow the same path you did on filezilla>Hold ps button and quit>load up cod4 and go to private match to see if it worked.

Make sure you get the right patch for your region...

ohh, the reason this happens is beacuse the patch you are using is not in your reigon find one for BLUS30072 the patch you are using is probrolly a BLES patch hope that helped
