Put ur first perk as frag 3 2nd perk anything u like but last perk must be last stand.

ok so once uve threw ur 3 frags run around and just play normal (kill ppl) and once ur about to go into last stand keep hold of ur special grenade, once u go into last stand then let go of r2 (or whatever your settings are to throw a special grenade) and it WILL be a Frag! just aim it at ur enemy and throw!lol
