Ya so When its empty u mean but if u log off then log back in ur inviting theres like only two or three people

1.- Run a speedtest on the internet and join a server, then you will be host.
2.- Once in a server as a host quickly disconnect and then connect again.
(Pull out your cable or if you are wireless simply log off and login again)

If you do this correct then no random people can join your server, only the people and friends you invite into your server ..

Wrong! Get a team of 6. Find a game. When host goto account management sign in and sign out. Then your lobby is locked simple. Make sure you always have a team full, eg. on team tactical 3 people.
