Answer: when you do leaderboard hack (2147483646 wins and kills)
you are often put at places around 300, to boost this, re-download the patch and go online. Then, go into search and destroy and get 1 kill and win 1 round then leave, your stats (wins and kills) should now be boosted to 100 or lower (it depends where you were before boosting your stats)Enjoy
