Now I removed the patch on my ps3 at game > gamedata > triangle > delete cod4 patch. And then I just started up the game and I installed the regular patch. But now when I noticed that it still tries to prevent me from using sleight of hand (for HC HQ) and snipers have no sway/hold breath thing while scoped in..
So now I want to now how I get rid of all these infections or whatever it's called..?

reformat ur ps3 probably, unless ur in another promod lobby

you need to "quit game to get rid of infections" my advice to you is to use a force host patch so you dont join any modded lobbies
