Here's the best rules I've found to be most enjoyable.

Snipers - Bolt Action
Assault Rifles - AK, M4, M16
SMGs - MP5, AK74U
No LMGs and no shotguns
No attachments
Half Health
7.5 Plant and Defuse time
No Killstreaks

Blue Perk - Bandolier, Bomb squad
Red Perk - Stopping Power
Green Perk - Deep Impact

Sounds fun. I'll consider it.
But just an idea-- allow steady aim as a third perk?
