I know it would be hard but maybe something like a shader and a simple message at the top say final killcam would be perfect

the words on screen wouldn't be too hard.. actually really easy..
it's the killcam playback for all players that would be HARD as hell.. :p

i'll look into the original killcam code & see what i can find out Winky Winky

This is pretty easy, just take a look at the killcam.gsc in the mw2 patch look how it works. All you have to do is excute the playback to everyplayer in the game, than just that certain one.

i've tried & so far i've managed to get a killcam for everyone when game ends.. too bad it's your own last death it shows :p

but i've not looked into mw2 code yet, so i might do that Winky Winky
