oo yea i just remembered a game u can in though i think it was GTA: SA but not sure i used to stick a shitload on cars and blow em up they dont have C4s in GTA: IV though yea im pretty sure it was GTA: SA which u could do that in cuz sometimes a car would hit me so i would stick a c4 on it and wait for him to drive really fast to get away and i blew em up lol and u could stick em on people too cuz i used to stick them on cops then blow em up
