im copy the patch to dev_hd0/game/BLES00148/USRDIR/patch.mp.ff is this right?

Just bypass and use the code "statSet 2326 10" to get to tenth and check your emails on the email account you use psn on.

Banned for what, you won't get banned if you use the bypass, you may by sony though if you don't get rid of your Jailbreak
