Everything you have mentioned is 3rd party modding. This is not IW, Promod was made by a group of people on PC who liked to snipe. They wont add this sort of stuff in because then it wont be called "Call of Duty".

If there were mod support on consoles like there was on PC, there would be NO hacking, and an AMAZING game. They should make MW3 have mod support and a custom playlist option like RFOM had. They should make it where people can edit all of the game options and make it so people can search for those things. Like RFOM had disable/enable weapons and infinite ammo and one hit kills and shit. There would be no need for hacking if we had this stuff.
