I did bind dpad_up "UFO;bind button_rtrig +attack;bind button_ltrig +toggleads_throw"

NextGenUpdate

It wont work because noclip basically puts you into spectator. This means you don't have a gun, so there's nothing to fire. Also, there's no way to get a gun while in noclip as it wont update the players status until it's out of noclip.
