Can't. It's patched on world at war. That's why this is in the CoD4 section....

Nah this is for the 360 version of Call of Duty 4, as you could probabily tell, this is slightly more complicated to do than on the PC.

To actually mod Call of Duty 4 online, you need a Xport most importantly, that is a 360 Hard Drive for your PC and you can edit certain files on it that allow you to hack your games if you know what you are doing.

Its best to check the forum for more information becuase as you can tell, this is my first post and I am still waiting for my xport to arrive...
